At REGALOZ, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you receive an item with an issue or need an eligible exchange, please contact us within the timeframe below.
1. Return / Exchange Window
You must contact REGALOZ within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Requests submitted after the 24-hour period may not be eligible.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

In its original condition

Returned with the original tags and packaging

Free from stains, damage, odors, or alterations
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size?
Size exchanges may be available provided the requested replacement size is in stock and the original product meets our return conditions.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Wrong or Damaged Item
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Refunds
REGALOZ does not currently offer cash refunds.
Eligible cases may be resolved through:

6. Custom Orders
Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange where the item was produced according to the customer's confirmed requirements.
If a custom product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue.
