We also offer custom printing and personalized orders.

3. What sizes are available?

Our shirts are currently available in:

S / M / L / XL

4. Are REGALOZ shirts unisex?

Yes. Most REGALOZ shirts are designed with a unisex fit, making them easy to style according to your preferred look.

5. What is a Down Shoulder T-Shirt?

A Down Shoulder T-Shirt has a shoulder seam that sits below the natural shoulder, creating a relaxed, loose, streetwear-inspired silhouette.

6. What fabric do you use?

Our T-shirts are primarily made from soft jersey fabric, selected for everyday comfort and breathability.

Our Polo Shirts use Piqué Knit Polo fabric, giving them a textured and more structured finish.

7. How do I place an order?

Choose your favorite product → select your size → Add to Cart → proceed to Checkout → enter your delivery information → choose your payment method → confirm your order.

8. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. 🇵🇰

You can place your order and pay when it arrives at your doorstep.

9. What other payment methods do you accept?

Along with COD, advance payments can be made through:

HBL Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa / NayaPay / SadaPay / UPaisa

10. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes. REGALOZ delivers nationwide across Pakistan. 🇵🇰

11. How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within approximately 4–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier conditions.

12. Is delivery free?

Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 3,000.

Orders below the qualifying amount may include a delivery charge.

13. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

14. Do you offer cash refunds?

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Eligible cases may be handled through an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.

15. How do I request an exchange?

Please provide your order number and details of the issue so our team can assist you.

16. Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll check whether the requested change can still be made.

17. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact REGALOZ as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and assist with an eligible replacement or exchange.

18. How can I track my order?

Once tracking information is available, it may be shared with you through WhatsApp or Email.
