Welcome to REGALOZ. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using regaloz.pk, purchasing our products, or using any services provided by REGALOZ.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Products & Orders

REGALOZ offers clothing including Down Shoulder T-Shirts, Regular Fit T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, printed designs, and custom printing.

Product availability, sizes, colors, designs, and prices may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including incorrect information, unavailable stock, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of our services.

2. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, designs, sizing, and descriptions accurately.

However, actual product colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

Customers are encouraged to review the Size Chart before placing an order.

3. Payments

REGALOZ currently accepts:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• HBL Bank Transfer

• JazzCash

• Easypaisa

• NayaPay

• SadaPay

• UPaisa

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Customers making advance payments should verify the payment information provided by REGALOZ before transferring funds and retain their transaction receipt.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery is approximately 4–5 business days, although delivery times may vary due to location, courier operations, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Free delivery is available on orders over Rs. 3,000.

REGALOZ cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has been handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Customers should contact REGALOZ within 24 hours of receiving an order if they wish to report an eligible issue or request an exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

Size or product exchanges are subject to stock availability.

REGALOZ currently does not offer cash refunds. Eligible cases may be resolved through an exchange or store credit.

6. Custom Orders

REGALOZ offers custom printing and personalized orders subject to availability and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information, artwork, text, sizing, and other requirements submitted for customization are correct before confirming an order.

7. Intellectual Property

REGALOZ branding, original designs, product photography, graphics, logos, written content, and other original materials displayed on our platforms belong to REGALOZ or their respective rights holders.

REGALOZ-owned content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially used without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, courier companies, social media platforms, and other external websites.

REGALOZ does not control these independent third-party services and is not responsible for their separate policies, availability, or actions.

9. Website Security & Acceptable Use

Users must not intentionally misuse, disrupt, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to our website, accounts, systems, or customer data.

Malicious activity, unauthorized automated access, harmful code, fraud, or attempts to interfere with website functionality may result in access being restricted or blocked.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REGALOZ will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

REGALOZ may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, website, or business practices.

The latest version published on our website will apply from its stated effective date.
